On a serious note-

You have been very inspiring to get me out cycling these past few months. I think twitter does help remind people to do things!

I remember your courses and encouraging people to come for a walk and get away from a computer for a while - I see this as a big thing in resetting the brain.

I love seeing the elliptical trainer tweets, I can imagine you spinning about thinking about the world and discussing why that trainer could go faster if attached to a sling shot

Hopefully we catch-up soon.
