Customer Support Services always has a big presence at PASS. This year is no exception. Recently, Bob Ward was kind enough to provide a PASS Preview of the pre-confernece session (all day event) and an overview of the other activities that the CSS Team are involved with. Take advantage of previewing the sessions before you go to PASS. As we get closer, speakers are submitting their PASS Previews (psst - if you are speaking at PASS, get yours in so I can blog about it too!).
