It’s good to publically praise quality work, especially quality that would otherwise go unnoticed.

As I’m grinding through the SQL Server2008 Bible, I’ve just gone through a chapter with several great tech edit comments and I feel compelled to pause and publically appreciate Hugo Kornelis. This is a good community we have here and Hugo is demonstrating that to me yet again. Even in this situation where Hugo is being paid to be critical, I’m impressed at his gentlemanly manner.  

Hugo, I’m honored to work with you and the project is significantly improved not only due to your insightful comments but because you're motivating me to write worthy of your tech edit.
