Long live the Chapter!

I couldn't be more thrilled. My new portfolio assignment with PASS is Director of Global Community Development - basically that means working for the chapters. So tell me, what are we doing right and wrong in the world of PASS local chapters? What do you love most about your local chapter? What would make your local chapter the best user group experience possible? I'm all ears. Feel free to reply to the blog post or send email directly to me.
