If you have not been at Microsoft Business Intelligence Conference this year, which was co-located with TechEd 2010, you probably missed the sessions I and Alberto made there. Well, now you can watch them online on Microsoft TechEd Online site:
- DAX Patterns in PowerPivot – by Marco Russo
- This is a very basic introduction to DAX
- Budgeting Solution Build with PowerPivot – by Alberto Ferrari
- Despite the name of the session, here you can find many examples of how to leverage DAX and data modeling to get the job done when you have to create a budgeting solution – but it is not a session about budgeting, is more focused on PowerPivot features and patterns.
You can find other sessions about PowerPivot by using the Search function of the TechEd Online site.
BTW: I have to work on my Italian accent, I know…
