SQL Saturday 21 Orlando – Presentation Files

I am generally much better about this, usually posting my presentation files ahead of time, but I have been swamped at work and personally, so I haven’t been on the ball lately.  I could bore you with details about having a Microsoft PFE onsite this week, my Army APFT (which I smoked BTW) and my sick kids, but instead I’ll just post the files and shut up.

Again, many thanks to everyone that attend my sessions, and for the feedback I have gotten on my presentations.  I did record both of my sessions using Camtasia, but when I went back to review them, I found that my presentations actually drove me nuts to listen to.  I have this overwhelming problem of saying “Ummm” every few seconds that I really have to work on.  I doubt seriously that I am going to correct that before PASS Summit, but we’ll see how it goes.  To make up for that, I am going to attempt to edit the session videos and pull all of the “So”, “Ah”, “Um’s” out of them and post them online for download.  I’ll provide another link for that when I get it complete.  In my Auditing SQL Server presentation I had over 20 “Um’s” in the first 3 minutes so it might take some time to complete.  My sincerest apologies to anyone that suffered through my sessions.

Nice job on the waits and queues deck. (I haven't looked at the Audit deck yet, so no comments there)
