SolidQ Journal for March - Itzik Ben-Gan Starts Writing for the Journal

Hi Folks,

The March edition of the free SolidQ Journal has been released. You'll find it here:

It's great to see Itzik Ben-Gan starting to write articles for the journal. This month, Itzik has written about Packing Intervals using T-SQL. My article this month is on using the object dependency views that were introduced in SQL Server 2008 and how they fix the problems associated with the sp_depends system stored procedure.

Gianluca Holz and Herbert Albert continue their regular column and this month they show how to build a GUI for moving database files.

Salvadore Ramos (one of our Spanish mentors) has written his first article for the journal. It's part one of a two part series on Integration Services and ETL processes for dimensional data warehouse loading. Another BI-related article sees Pablo Ahumada writing about Performance Point Services as part of SharePoint. Finally, as usual, Fernando Guerrero provides the editorial.
