K. Brian Kelley on Leadership

My friend K. Brian Kelley has an excellent post this morning on leadership.

Brian is one of the SQL Server bloggers I follow regularly. He is a cross-trained technology professional - and able to apply lessons learned from technology to another. He does that with work / life things too - applying lessons from his life experiences to work.

 Good stuff.

Just catching up on my blog reading (other than the comics... a man has to have his priorities). Thanks for the kind words!
