Since I missed the March 2011 meeting, I was reading your slide deck.

I think that it is humorous that the title slide "Avoid These Common Mistakes in T-SQL Programming" is followed immediately by cover photographs of your two books about T-SQL programming.  Is that a Freudian slip or a joke?  LOL
